Errand Planner

Maybe a tool exists for this and someone out there can help me out.

I'd love a tool that lets me:

  1. Enter chores and errands I need to do.
    1. That is, an optional name of the errand,
    2. an optional location1 for the errand,
    3. how long I expect the errand will take,
    4. and any time2 constraints for the errand (eg. finish laundry before 9pm, curbside pickup groceries after 4pm)
  2. Compute the travel time between each errand.
  3. Present me with the most efficient errand and travel order that fits the constraints along with a visual timeline.
  4. Allow me to manually re-order errands and recompute expected timeline.
  5. Extra bonus: let me quickly go from this tool to a navigation app of some sort with prefilled to/from addresses for each instance of travel.

  1. Locations should include things like "home" and "work" and maybe even contacts list items. It should definitely allow for location searching a la Google Maps.↩

  2. Time constraints should include things like "sunset" and "sunrise" which should get calculated based on location of the errand in question. For example: "I need to mow the grass at home before sunset".↩
